Happy New Year.......

I hope every one had a very Merry Christmas and I also hope Santa was good to all of you. We went in to Amy's house to open presents and had a very nice Christmas brunch. In the afternoon we went over to Tammy's and had dinner. I received many nice presents but I do enjoy watching others open gifts. A few years ago I suggested opening gifts acording to age, starting with the youngest and ending with the oldest person. That way we all can watch each person open their gifts. It has worked out good and I do not miss any thing.

I took a few pictures, I was so busy watching every one that I forgot to get my camera out but I do have a few to share with you .

Oh Christmas Tree with Santa's gifts just waiting to be opened on Christmas morning.

Austin and Tim waiting for Brunch to be over so they can open presents.

I want to wish every one a wonderful New Year filled with all that you want. Blessings to all..............Sharon K

Your Christmas sounds like it was lovely. And I wish you a Happy and a Healthy New Year.

Glad to hear that you don't travel far on New Year's Eve either. So far, I've yet to find anyone in blog-land, who goes out to a big "smash-type" New Year's Eve. .-)

But many people do. There are lots of 'First Night' Celebrations! And good for them. It's just that we prefer to stay home. :-)

I'm glad you and Charlie enjoyed such a wonderful Christmas with your family and that you remembered to take a few pictures :) It's easy to forget the camera when you're watching the family have fun :)
Those photos taken at Kathie's are beautiful! It must be lovely for you seeing a snowy Christmas again. Hope the cold isn't bothering you too much.
A very happy New Year to you Sharon and may 2008 be a year filled with blessings for you and your family.

I'm so happy to hear that you had such a lovely Christmas and I loved seeing the photos of your grandkids. I really miss having young children around especially during Christmas time.

New Year is a time for celebration of love, of life, of friendship. It's the time to thank God for wonderful friends, and to bring to their lives as much magic as they bring to ours...so here's celebrating our friendship and praying that its magic continues forever. Happy New Year to you and yours dear Sharon! xoxo

What a lovely old postcard graphic...I love it! I enjoyed seeing your great photos of Christmas too, and it sounds like you had a wonderful time. I like the idea of watching others open gifts one at a time. It makes it some much easier to take everything in!
