The Beauty Of Winter...

Happy Holidays to every one out there in Blog land. Oh what a wonderful time of the year. I have been very busy in the last week and have not had much time for my all time favorite past time. To blog and to read what is happening in other parts of the United States and world. In this world we call blog land we can look at other seasons in other parts of the world. It can be winter here but we can see the summer gardens of others. I know that I take so much for granted when it comes to the computer but to the people that did all the work so we can put pictures and a post together.........a big Thankyou. Because of there time and talent we can put pictures and a post together and wish greeting to other in places we may never see in person. When I think of yester year some of us had to share a party line with another family on that old thing we called a telephone.......and it had a cord, we could not walk around and talk at the same time. We have come so far in such a short time and we are truly blesses with all we take for granted. I would like to share some pretty pictures that a friend of mine took. Her name is Kathie and she lives in a beautiful corner in my little part of the world, it is called the Catwaba Cliffes. The area is so beautiful in the summer but I went to her house for a Christmas lunchen today and I was so thrilled with the trees and the snow. Now mmind you it has been many years since I have been in this area in December, but the beauty of yet another season that God has created was a thrill to see. I would like to take you to Kathie,s home and show you the Cliffes.
