I found this picture at a cute little shop and I wanted it to live in my cottage. I like what it said and the picture was in my favorite colors.....gold and red and green. This is the time of the year when we gather together to give thanks for all that we have. I know that the last months has been so hard on every one, with the job market and the election and all that is happening..........but we still live in one of the best countries in the world. I my self am thankful for all that we as Americans have and I pray that we like this picture says......Gather together with thankful hearts.....one for all and all for one....The United States Of America. We have so much beauty around us and at this time we as Americans have to work together to rise above all this is happening. Each family has to find the things in there live and be thankful . I have read many blogs in this past week with people complaning becauae things did not go their way . We have to put our faith in God and he and he alone will see us through this difficult time in America. Remember the words...........In God We Trust. And God Bless America.

Well said Sharon! In God we trust! Deb
Well Sharon sometimes the best thing to do is talk out your feelings and your fears. We just elected a man that we know little about, his race is really not a subject, but that he is unknown to most of the people and how he will react to the problems we are all facing. We have today something that over half of the nation has never faced, lost of jobs, losing our homes and the fear that our grandchildren will have to struggle to get what we have worked so hard to achieve. The only way we can calm our fears is to talk to other people who express the same fears. I hope God is watching over us and saves us but if not we as a people have to band together and fight for our freedom of speech.
As always
Linda
Wonderful post, Sharon!

That is such a perfect little picture you found at that shop and yes, the words on it are also perfect! It will indeed be very interesting to see how Obama will handle all the problems that the USA is having right now...I don't envy him the mess that Bush is leaving behind. We must all stick together and be thankful for what we DO have!! xoxo
Ditto to everything you said...God Bless America!
