Flowers and Cookies ???

You just never know when you should have a camera with you. Here I am..Tuesday evening after a TOPS meeting, I go in the bathroom and there and behold is a pretty floral arrangement so what do I do. Turn the arrangement around to face the mirror and take the picture...and here is the results. You just never know when you are going to find that right picture do you? I guess this shows that a blogger is always prepared.........just like a girl scout. And now on to other important things. Are you starting to think about Christmas........well I am going to start baking and making a few gifts. And the time to start is now so I will meet the deadline of Christmas Eve. Just like Santa and that Girl Scout I want to be prepared and ready. Last year I made these cookies and they were so good. For those of you that have not had them...here is the directions for.......

P-NUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE RITZ CRACKER
COOKIES

48 Ritz crackers
Peanut butter, enough to make sandwiches out of 24 sets of Ritz crackers
Melting chocolate for candy making

Make two cracker sandwiches filled with peanut butter (24). Melt candy making chocolate in double boiler. Put crackers in chocolate and coat them with chocolate. Put on waxed paper and let cool. These taste just like the Girl Scout P-Nut Butter cookies.

Above is a before picture of my kitchen and later you will see all the cookies cooling on the cookie sheets. I like easy baking and this is about as easy as it can get. One more easy idea that goes so well with the cookies and easy to make.....................

A perennial winter favorite, hot cocoa with all the trimmings (mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and a cherry-red gumdrop) sports an even sweeter look packaged as a cone. This makes a great gift for babysitters, teachers, and neighbors. Be sure to add a tag letting your recipients know the cone contains enough for four servings.

Oh yes, we bloggers take pictures everywhere, even in a bathroom! hehe I've seen myself take pictures of something in the bathroom at a restaurant quite a few times! lol

That cookie recipe sounds so good, I will definitely be trying it out! The Hot Chocolate Cones are also such a great idea. I need to start buying all the ingredients I need to do my Christmas baking...I've just bought the stuff to make all my chocolates so will get at those soon. xoxo
