Sew Crafty..........

Good afternoon, I have been so busy this week I forgot
to get my computer up and going, meaning I forgot to blog..........I think we are all so busy in the summer that we do not blog as often as we will in the winter. I will have to visit all my favorite blogs this afternoon also. And what have
I been so busy doing? Well remember this is the year that I am going to make all my Christmas gifts and I have been such a busy bee getting ideas. This is show and tell Friday.......so I will show you what I made yesterday.

I have never been good at knitting but look what I made. A dishcloth, I made it on this little loom and it was so easy. I am left handed and when ever I try something and it is not right I can always use the excuse of being left handed.....remember that one all you lefties out there.
Any way it does not matter which hand you use this little knitter worked good and I can sit and talk or watch TV why I knit away. I have come up with some cute things to make for my Christmas gifts but I have to start now to get all of them finished for the holidays. I have enjoyed finding the ideas not all I have to do is make them, wrap them and have them ready by Christmas Eve. Wish me luck and a snow flake or two. Sharon K

You're getting a nice early start on your handcrafted gifts. I find it hard to think of Christmas when it's so hot outside!

Sharon your new look blog is wonderful and to me it shows the very lovely person you are with a true vintage style.

Your handcrafting looks a great project and will make wonderful christmas gifts that is for sure. I admire you thinking ahead to christmas and you know these knitted dishcloths are not only popular these days but ever so vintage in that style.

Have yourself a lovely day.

Oh my goodness! Your dishcloth is beautiful!! It looks so difficult and to hear it was easy?! I must find one of those little knitters and give it a try! Good girl, you are wise getting started on Christmas gifts, for the year is half over now and the second half always seems to go by faster! Everyone on your list will be so blessed by your handmade treasures!

You are an inspiration in more ways than one. I wish I could be as organised to be thinking of Christmas now, so it's not as much work in December. The little knitting gizmo looks very interesting.

Thank you Sharon for your sweet comment about my collage...its just that I'm in the Wednesday collage challenge group so do try to post one collage a week. And...I do love doing it..you never know how it will turn out! plus I enjoy seeing the other artwork posted..usually between 50 and 70 ladies participate.
